- Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same working day.
- The £50 threshold is based on your basket subtotal after any discount codes, before VAT and delivery.
- UK delivery covers England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some Highlands and Islands postcodes may take longer.
- Orders placed after 1pm, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

- We can only deliver to the countries listed above. If yours isn't listed, please contact us and we'll see what we can do.
- International orders may be charged import taxes, duties and handling fees by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
- If a parcel is refused or not collected, we'll deduct the return postage from any refund.
- We can't refund delivery charges, customs duties or local taxes on international orders.
Couriers
We ship with Royal Mail, DPD and FedEx. Most orders up to 2kg go by Royal Mail, Express orders go by DPD, and heavier orders (2kg to 100kg) go by FedEx. For orders over 100kg, please contact us for a quote.
Tracking
Every order is tracked. You'll get an email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Pre-order items
Pre-order products show their expected arrival date on the product page. We send them as soon as the stock reaches us. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, get in touch if you'd like the in-stock items sent first.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking, missing or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right. See our refund policy for more on returns.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can change the address only before your order is dispatched.
