Every order you place with Hybrid Ingredients earns points towards your next one. No app to download, no card to carry: your balance sits in your customer account and comes off at checkout.
How it works
- Earn 1 point for every £1 you spend on products.
- Each point is worth 5p, so 100 points = £5 off. That is 5% back on everything you buy.
- Points are added to your account as store credit in pounds as soon as your payment is confirmed.
- Sign in at checkout and choose to apply your store credit. You can use some or all of it on any order.
Example: a £47.80 order earns 47 points, which is £2.35 of store credit towards your next batch.
Checking your balance
Sign in to your account with your email address. We send a one-time code, so there is no password to remember. Your store credit balance is shown at the top of your account and again at checkout.
You do not need to sign up separately. If you have ordered with us before using your email address, you are already a member.
The small print
- Points are earned on the product subtotal only, in whole pounds. Shipping and VAT do not earn points.
- Orders that use a discount code do not earn points, so rewards and promo codes don't stack.
- Store credit expires 12 months after it is issued.
- If an order is refunded, the points earned on the refunded items are removed from your balance.
- Store credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
- We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice; credit already issued stays valid until it expires.
