Description

Cetiol® OE (dicaprylyl ether) is a COSMOS-approved, non-polar emollient made from two molecules of caprylic alcohol. It is a nearly colourless, practically odourless, slightly viscous liquid with a very light, dry, silicone-like feel.

It spreads quickly, stays stable even at extreme pH, and reduces greasiness, which makes it a favourite for deodorants, make-up removers and dry oils.
